The Observatory is open Monday to Thursday from 3pm, and Friday to Sunday from 1pm. Please note, The Observatory is an adult-friendly venue, and while we welcome younger guests at certain times, we do have age restrictions later in the evening. Guests under 12 are not permitted after 6pm, while those aged 12-18 are welcome until 9pm when accompanied by an adult. Smart attire is encouraged, and management reserves the right to refuse admission.

The Observatory’s Afternoon Tea menu is a carefully curated journey through the finest local and seasonal ingredients, meticulously prepared to delight even the most discerning palates. Begin with a selection of delicate finger sandwiches, each bite a harmonious blend of flavours and textures. From the classic cucumber and cream cheese to the more adventurous smoked salmon with dill and caper butter, every sandwich is a testament to our culinary artistry. Accompanying these savoury delights are freshly baked scones, served warm with clotted cream and an array of artisanal preserves.
The pièce de résistance is the assortment of pastries and confections that crown this elegant affair. Our Afternoon Tea is served daily from 1-5 p.m, from £45 per person. Please note that 24 hours’ notice is required for all Afternoon Tea bookings. Kids Afternoon Tea
Afternoon Tea shouldn’t be limited to adults. Our brand new Kids Menu can be booked alongside our Festive Afternoon Tea, allowing little ones to experience something magical with their own sandwiches, scones, and a heavenly chocolate patisserie section, all accompanied by a delicious hot chocolate.

The Bollinger Experience
A five-star experience at the height of contemporary luxury. Gaze out across the city while you savour a bottle of chilled Bollinger Champagne served with an sharing charcuterie board.
This experience is designed for a maximum of four people at a reserved window table, which will be yours for 90 minutes.
Priced at £120, The Bollinger Experience offers an exclusive experience of Belfast at its finest. With a select number of tables available each day, booking is required.
