Please note the following:
Full payment will be taken on the guest's day of arrival, orders can be cancelled up until 2pm on the day of arrival.
Once a gift has been placed in a bedroom all gifts are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
*If purchasing a gift on the day of arrival the order must be received before 2pm and certain products (i.e. flowers) may not be available to purchase at short notice.
**Afternoon Tea upgrades must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the date of check in.
